/start is the front door. In DM it gives you the personal start panel; in groups it keeps things short and points people toward the panels they need.

/help opens the in-chat index, while /games opens the game shelf. Use those when you are already inside Telegram and want buttons instead of a long web page.

/pulse is the little heartbeat check. If the group feels like Iris is slow, it tells you whether she is alive and responding.

/handbook and /arcana open DM web panels when those apps are available for Iris.

Good first flow: start Iris in DM, add her to the group, then use /help in the group so members can discover what fits them.

Aura is the public score of activity and risk. Iris shows it with realm progress so members can see not just how much they have, but what tier they are living in.

• /aura checks your own aura. Reply to someone, use a username, or use a user ID to check another member.
• /buffs shows active aura effects for you or a replied member, useful before giving, stealing, dueling, or rolling luck.
• /realm shows one member's realm and progress. /realms shows the wider realm ranking.
• /auraboard is the top aura board. /solar and /lunar show weekly and monthly cycle standings with rewards.

If someone asks “how much do I have?”, use /aura. If they ask “where do I stand?”, use /realm, /auraboard, /solar, or /lunar.

The gentle side of the economy is built for public groups. Replies are the cleanest way to target someone, but usernames and IDs work too when Iris already knows them.

• /give <amount> sends aura to another member in a group. The minimum gift is 50 aura; if you reply and leave the amount empty, Iris chooses a fair random gift within your allowed range.
• /tip sends a fixed 50 aura tip. It is meant for quick appreciation, not big transfers.
• /stats shows your hourly give/steal usage, daily tip usage, reset times, realm, and game scores.
• /claim and /task live in DM. If someone uses them in a group, Iris points them to DM so private daily progress does not clutter the chat.
• /bonus <code>, /red <code>, and /drop are claim paths: bonus campaigns, redeem codes, and giveaway winner rewards.
• /titles opens aura title collectibles in DM. /themes opens Word Grid theme management in DM.

Example: reply to a helpful member with /give 100, or reply with only /tip for the small fixed thank-you.

This is the sharp part of Iris. It is meant to create drama, but the code keeps it bounded with realm limits, daily counters, target checks, and owner controls.

• /steal works only in groups. The target must actually be present, cannot be Iris, cannot be yourself, and cannot already be in aura debt. If no amount is given, Iris picks one randomly from what is safe and allowed.
• Steal chance depends on amount: small steals are safer, bigger steals are riskier. Failed steals punish the thief harder than the attempted amount, so it is not free gambling.
• /stealoff and /stealon let the group owner pause or restore stealing when the room needs peace.
• /luck 300, /luck 500, and /luck 700 spend aura for a luck roll. Each tier is tracked daily, so members cannot endlessly farm the same pull.
• /duel starts an aura duel in group or DM. /duel <amount> starts a group wager duel, while /duelshop, /duelstats, and /duelboard cover gear, personal record, and ranking.

Tell members: if they cannot afford to lose it, do not put it into steal, luck, or duel.

These games are quick enough to start when the chat slows down. Most use buttons, lobbies, or short turns so members do not need a manual before playing.

• /tictac opens Tic-Tac-Toe with an optional stake. Two players join and play the board through buttons.
• /mines starts turn-based Minesweeper with an optional stake. Players reveal tiles through Telegram controls.
• /pair starts a solo memory match run; it is good for one person waking the chat up without needing a lobby.
• /rps starts Rock-Paper-Scissors with an optional stake.
• /quiz opens quiz setup with mode, rounds, and timer. Iris uses Telegram quiz polls; /quiz stop ends an active quiz, and /quizboard shows rankings.

Use /games when you want the menu. Use the direct command when the group already knows what it wants.

Iris keeps only one main word game running in a chat at a time, so WordChain, Word Carry, and Word Guess do not step on each other.

• /chain starts WordChain. Members join with /joinchain, then play words under the selected mode. /chain mid and /chain hard make the round stricter.
• /carry starts Word Carry. Members join with /joincarry; the group carries word constraints forward until someone wins.
• /grid starts Word Grid, where members find words from a grid. /grid hard makes it meaner, and themes can be managed from DM with /themes.
• /guess starts Word Guess in a group. Players make guesses until the word is found or the round ends.
• /trace starts or joins Trace. /trace leave exits your session, and the board commands /chainboard, /carryboard, /gridboard, /guessboard, and /traceboard show who keeps winning.

If a word game says one is already running, finish that session first instead of starting a second one over it.

These are the heavier games. They need a few people, patience, and usually open DMs because Iris privately sends roles or hands.

• /court opens a Kings Court lobby in a group. Players join with /court join; the host starts with /court start. Iris privately assigns roles, reveals King and Minister, gives discussion time, then asks the Minister or King to find the hidden Rogue.
• /court end stops the Court when the host or an admin needs to close it. /courtboard shows Court wins.
• /sets join opens or joins a Sets lobby. Iris checks that each player can receive DMs, deals private hands, and the current player passes one color with /pass COLOR. Four of a kind wins.
• /sets start begins after enough players are ready, /sets end closes it, and /setsboard shows winners.
• /calco or /calc opens a number puzzle. Classic mode uses clean operations; Broken mode adds weird calculator buttons. /calcoboard tracks the best Calco players.

For Court and Sets, tell players to start Iris in DM before joining. If Iris cannot DM a player, she will not safely deal them hidden information.

These commands are the little utilities that make a group feel alive without leaving Telegram.

• /tr translates replied text or text written after the command.
• /lyrics or /ly finds lyrics; /song or /find searches for a song by name.
• /gif, /meme, /clip, and /sticker search media by keywords. /stick is the sticker shortcut.
• /kang adds a sticker or image to your pack. /mmf makes a meme-caption sticker from replied media.
• /q or /quote turns a replied message into a quote card. /age estimates a Telegram account age, /cric shows cricket, and /focus starts a DM Pomodoro timer with controls.

Reply-based tools work best when you reply directly to the message or media you want Iris to transform.

These are small social sparks. They do not need much setup; they simply give members ways to poke the room.

• /mynameis sets your preferred display name in DM so Iris can call you what you want.
• /id shows a numeric user ID by reply, username, or ID. /hs shows stored username/name history for a target.
• /afk marks you away until you return.
• /flames runs a compatibility game, and /ship gives the daily pairing.
• /slap, /hug, /roast, /bonk, /pat, and /kill are playful reply actions.
• /shout sends feedback to the creator from DM, and /coffee opens support for Iris.

Notes are private. They are meant for little reminders, not group announcements.

• /save <text> saves a note in DM.
• /memo or /memos lists your saved notes with numbers.
• /forget <index> removes one note by the number from your memo list.

Use notes for task reminders, trade notes, or anything you want Iris to keep quietly for you.

These commands are for keeping the room understandable. Some require admin or owner rights because they change group behavior.

• /admins or /adminlist lists group admins. /report [reason] reports a replied message or issue to them.
• /rules shows the group rules. /setrules saves a rules template, and /offrules turns it off.
• /onjoin and /onleave set welcome/leave templates. /offjoin and /offleave disable them.
• /groupmode on|off toggles group context features. /panic asks for confirmation, then clears stuck game sessions in the chat.

Use /panic only when a game is actually stuck; it is an emergency broom, not a normal stop button.

Moderation commands use replies, usernames, or user IDs. Iris checks the actor, the bot's own permissions, and the target before acting, so failed commands usually mean permissions or targeting need fixing.

• /ban, /unban, /kick, and /skick remove or restore access. Silent variants avoid extra acknowledgement noise.
• /mute, /unmute, /dmute, and /smute control speaking rights. Delete-prefixed versions also remove the replied message.
• /warn, /dwarn, /unwarn, and /warns manage warning strikes and recent reasons.
• /pin, /spin, /unpin, and /del handle message cleanup and visibility.
• /promote, /demote, /memtag, and /purge cover admin handoff, tags, and larger cleanup.

Best practice: reply to the exact message or person, add a short reason when useful, and make sure Iris has the Telegram admin rights needed for the action.

Fracture is the group's own progression track. It lets a community build a standing together instead of only celebrating individual aura.

• /group or /fracture shows the group's Fracture board.
• /shard <amount> converts a member's aura into shards for the group.
• /privacyon shows the group invite on the Fracture board; /privacyoff hides it.

Use Fracture when you want the whole group to have a shared goal beyond individual leaderboards.
